Our 'Not-Poop-But-Chocolate' Pudding


Why is this pudding so yummy to eat but somehow resembles poop?! Man we struggled to plate this sucker up. We tried spooning it into bowls, then piping it into a martini glass but still, alas, it looked like poop.

No filter can make this bad boy look un-poop like, so you guys are just gonna have to trust us when we say this chocolate chia pudding actually tastes really awesome, you wouldn't guess it was healthy just by looking at it...but it is.

 Our 'Not-Poop-But-Chocolate' Pudding Recipe (Serves 4 Adults)
Equipment 
  • Blender (NutriBullet, NutriNinja, or something similar)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews soaked for 4 hours
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of pitted dates
  • 4 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp of cacao power
  • 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
  • 1 cup chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Drain the cashews in a sieve, and rinse it very well
  2. Transfer the cashews into a blender
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chia seeds
  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth
  5. Pour into a bowl and add the chia seeds, using a spoon stir in the chia seeds (make sure you stir straight away to avoid the seeds clumping)
  6. Place in your refrigerator for an hour, this allows the chia seeds to do there thing and expand making the pudding thicker
  7. Plate up and enjoy
