This is so unbelievably tasty and easy to make, you will wonder why you haven't done it before! You will more than likely have all these ingredients in your pantry, and it saves you having to buy the shop bought stuff with all sorts of preservatives and weird things in them. We use our aioli on our burgers, as a dip, or dolloped on potatoes. However you have it, this is something that once you start making, you will probably never buy again! GF Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies

Ok people, I have to apologise, I feel bad that I didn't post this at the beginning of Junk-Free June as these are the cookies that would have got you through the month with no cheating! They are sugar free as they have been sweetened with dates and banana and you can omit the chocolate chips (as they do have sugar in) but you could replace choc chips with cranberries, raisins or nuts to be completely sugar free. Raw Lemon and Coconut Balls

Its June already, crazy right?! Where has the year gone? One thing that I do look forward to at this time of year is the abundance of citrus fruit. Lemons are starting to fruit on the trees in people's back yards and its time to get going with some delicious lemony baking, or un-baking in the case of these raw lemon bliss balls I rustled up this morning.
