This is so unbelievably tasty and easy to make, you will wonder why you haven't done it before! You will more than likely have all these ingredients in your pantry, and it saves you having to buy the shop bought stuff with all sorts of preservatives and weird things in them. We use our aioli on our burgers, as a dip, or dolloped on potatoes. However you have it, this is something that once you start making, you will probably never buy again!
Vegan Aioli Recipe
- 1/2 cup soy milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 TBs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 TBs wholegrain mustard
Put all your ingredients into a bowl or jug and blend with your immersion blender until thick and creamy.
Keep in fridge.
Done, thats it. Its that simple.
