Christmas Kai Box Feeds 6-8 People
Starter:
A Plant Based Charcuterie Board including 3 artisan vegan cheeses from Savour, a plant based pastrami from Grater Goods, a beetroot hummus dip, olives, avocado, sliced cucumber, carrot sticks, dried apricots and 2 types of crackers.
Main & Sides:
- A Cashew Ricotta Tart, made with a base of puff pastry and topped with Savour cashew ricotta, caramelized onions and cherry tomatoes, garnished with fresh basil leaves.

Mediterranean Couscous Salad, made with roasted vegetables including courgette, red & yellow capsicums, red onion and sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, olives, Savour cashew feta, and tossed in a vinaigrette and fresh herbs.

Caesar Salad, made with crispy cos lettuce, smokey roasted chickpeas, avocado slices, and dressed in a tangy cashew & caper dressing.
- Pesto Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, topped with garlic and herb crispy panko breadcrumbs.
- Lemon & Dill Potato salad, with lightly roasted baby potatoes in a lemony dill dressing.
Desserts:
Mocha Mousse Trifle, made with layers of chocolate cake, soaked in sweetened coffee (or coffee liqueur), then topped with chocolate mousse, and layers of dairy-free cream (can be made with or without Kahlua!)
Biscoff Pecan Crinkle Tart, made with layers of phyllo pastry filled with Biscoff spread, and baked in coconut condensed milk, topped with pecans and cinnamon.

Subscriptions:
Please do not subscribe to a Christmas Kai Box, if you do your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Refunds and Discounts:
The Christmas Box once sent is non-refundable. We won't be held responsible for any loss or missed delivery. All discount codes are exempt.
Christmas Boxes

Regular Orders
Order on or before 10th December to receive your box on the following dates:
Auckland (Albany and Papakura) - Friday 15th December.
Auckland outside Albany and Papakura - Sunday 17th December.
Palmerston North, Wellington, Rotorua, Hamilton, Napier, Hastings, and Tauranga - Sunday 17th December.
Christchurch - Monday 18th December
If you live at a rural address or outside of these areas you order at your own risk. Your order will probably arrive one day later, and you won't be eligible for a refund should your delivery go wrong. Please contact us before ordering.
Our food sometimes contains tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and gluten. If you have an allergy please let us know in the special instructions box when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
