Meal 2 - Samosa Cakes with Kachumber Salad
Indian spiced potato cakes, with peas and a kachumber salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, coriander and chilli.
Meal 3 - Black Bean Buddha Bowl
Roasted kumara, with black beans, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, guacamole and baby spinach, drizzled with a cashew sour cream.
Meal 4 - Pesto Pasta Salad
A pasta salad with red and yellow capsicums, cherry tomatoes and avo, stirred through a basil and cashew pesto.
Order on or before 24th January to receive your box on the following dates:
Auckland between Albany and Papakura - 29th January
The rest of Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Christchurch - 31st January
Wellington - 1st February
All other regions (incl. Waiheke Island, Waikanae) - 3rd February (one day later due to Waitangi Day)
If you live at a rural address you order at your own risk. Your order will probably arrive one day later, and you won't be elidable for a refund should your delivery go wrong.
