Meal 1 - Black Bean & Veggie Quesadilla

Pan fried courgettes, red and yellow capsicums and onions, sandwiched with a cannellini bean hummus between two tortillas, with black beans, and served with guacamole for dipping.

Meal 2 - Pesto Pasta & Roast Veg

Basil and cashew pesto stirred through penne pasta, with roasted asparagus, courgettes, red and yellow capsicums.

Meal 3 - Peanut Butter Tofu & Vermicelli Noodle Salad

Crispy cubes of baked peanut butter tofu, and a bean thread noodle salad with carrots and cucumbers in a sweet Thai chilli dressing.

Meal 4 - Lentil Nachos

Loaded nachos of corn chips topped with spiced lentils, diced tomatoes, guacamole and a cashew sour cream.

Christmas Boxes

The exact delivery dates are yet to be confirmed, but provisional dates are set for Auckland on the 22nd of December, the rest of the country on the 23rd of December. Please do not subscribe to the Christmas Box, your order will be cancelled and refunded, all discounts are excluded.

Regular Orders

Order on or before 10th December to receive your box on the following dates:

Auckland (Albany and Papakura) - Friday 15th December.

Auckland outside Albany and Papakura - Sunday 17th December.

Palmerston North, Wellington, Rotorua, Hamilton, Napier, Hastings, and Tauranga - Sunday 17th December.

Christchurch - Monday 18th December

If you live at a rural address or outside of these areas you order at your own risk. Your order will probably arrive one day later, and you won't be eligible for a refund should your delivery go wrong. Please contact us before ordering.

Our food sometimes contains tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and gluten. If you have an allergy please let us know in the special instructions box when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Some delicious, convenient meals

I particularly enjoyed the mushroom quesadillas which were crispy and delicious. I like the simplicity of the recipes that makes them easier to reprocuce.

Great Meal Options

We were delighted with the simplicity and tastiness of these meals. We were also pleased that the packaging was minimal. We liked that fact that all the ingredients were straightforward and easily accessed ourselves, so we can repeat the meals that we liked best.
